Worldwide returns are possible.
Based on your country of origin, you will be able to:
1. Return it through our partnered courier service (FEDEX / UPS / Correos).
2. Eligible countries:
Australia: Nationwide
European Countries: Estonia, Greece, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus, Croatia, Slovakia, Germany, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, Denmark, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, and Ukraine.
International countries: United Kingdom, USA, Jersey, and Canada.
2. Return it on your own:
Spain: Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
European Countries: Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland.
International countries: Australia, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Singapore, and United Arab Emirates.

Exchanges are ONLY available for the following countries:
- Australia: Nationwide
- European Countries: Estonia, Greece, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus, Croatia, Slovakia, Germany, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, Denmark, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, and Ukraine.

2. Ship on your own: For all the countries that handle their own carrier for the return, the cost will depend on the chosen shipping company

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Items purchased from SCUFFERS must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.
*Mystery Products (Mystery Hoodie & Mystery T-shirt) cannot be exchanged or returned.
In order to receive a refund, items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receipt of shipment or purchase in-store.
*During special periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, the return and exchange period will be extended from November 25th to January 18th.
Please note:the shipping costs of the initial order will not be refunded. Some items, such as, keychains, jewelry, underwear & socks cannot be returned.
OUTLETS & POP-UPS POLICY
-> Returns: Items purchased during Pop-ups or in the Outlet Stores will NOT be refunded.
-> Exchanges: Only size or garment exchanges will be possible on the dates on which the Pop-up or Outlet Store is open.
